I did know the good news : Firefox has been translated in Khmer under the name Mekhala. What I didn't know is the gorgeous redesign of the About Box and the beautiful Mekhala popular tale.
Wired : Blogs taking off in Cambodia. (Obviously, the IRI is yet again pouring its money, under the guise of humanitarian action [let's call it the Taliban way]. Votes for the White House favourite candidate at the next election can be earned many ways.)
Speaking of which, here's my Khmer-learning blog (installation of the whole Khmer Unicode nuclear power plant process (just kidding) needed).

Thanks for the link! You're a few steps ahead of me in the installation of the Khmer Unicode power plant -- and set up khlog. Although my khmer is so so so elementary ...
